David Hutton

Senior Data Analyst, Brent Council

I am an experienced marketing and research professional who has worked for Brent Council as a Senior Data Analyst for the last five years. Prior to this I held various insight and marketing roles in the education environment, business services and industrial marketing.

I am working with colleagues Adshayan Saravanamutha and Arisa Kimaram in reviewing approaches to segmentation within a Public Health environment. The aim is to optimise a segmentation approach in order to best highlight inequalities and maximise fund allocation, moving beyond traditional segmentation and truly representing the attitudes and beliefs of Brent residents. As well as an exploration of segmentation models, the project will also explore the concept of intersectionality and what this means for Brent in terms of research methods.

The Improvement Leader Fellowship experience is already massively interesting and allows for a fresh approach with a wonderful cohort of people and great tutors.
