Working as a trio alongside my colleagues Pavitra Naidoo and Sebastien Timmermans, our Improvement Leader Fellowship project will primarily focus on the patients in North West London who are awaiting elective orthopaedic surgery. 

We will explore any issues patients may be experiencing and once identified, we will design a holistic programme to improve their pre-operative health, education, their journey and overall outcomes following their surgery. 

This project fits in excellently working in the new North West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre at Central Middlesex Hospital. 

The Improvement Leader Fellowship is integral to further develop my teamworking and project management skills, whilst also having the opportunity to deliver a healthcare project specifically designed for the service users of North West London.
