Seb has over seven years of experience in both the private and public sectors. He specialises in Trauma and Orthopaedics. More recently he has been involved in the planning and implementation of the Northwest London (NWL) Elective Orthopaedic Centre (EOC) liaising with stakeholders to design a new therapy pathway after surgery. 

He has a keen interest in transformation and project management. His Improvement Leader Fellowship project seeks to explore the gaps within the elective Orthopaedic waiting lists to help improve the patient journey and patient outcomes by optimising them prior to their surgery. He chose this project to support those who are waiting a long time for their surgery and are becoming negatively impacted as a result. He is looking forward to continuing with his learning and networking through the fellowship.
