Aims and Objectives

Aim

We aim to create a self-sustaining infrastructure to support the breadth of improvement and evaluation work across North-West London and spread the knowledge generated by the network in UK and internationally.

Who

The network will be run by NIHR ARC NWL Innovation and Evaluation team and is open to anyone in the healthcare sector of North-West London: this includes clinicians, nurses, managers, patients, QI managers, CCG members, patients, etc.

How

We have identified 4 main areas we will act on: Training and sharing of experiences; 1:1 Project Support; Collaboration evaluation approaches and Consolidate and spread learning.

Training and Sharing of Experiences

We provide training on how to conduct an evaluation to the North-West London sector and encourage the network participants to share their experiences about their evaluation work. Training will be delivered throughout quarterly workshops, please check regularly on the website for upcoming dates.

1:1 Project Support

We support participants in North-West London to conduct real-time evaluations.

Bespoke support on ongoing evaluations in the sector will be delivered through 1:1 sessions with you and your team. Please get contact g.antonacci@imperial.ac.uk if you'd like to have a 1:1 session.

Collaboration Evaluation Approaches

We are advancing evaluation methods using a collaborative approach and promote their use in North-West London.

Consolidate and Spread Learning

We consolidate the knowledge gathered throughout the network and spread it locally, nationally and internationally.
