The mental health of front-line health and social care staff during the Covid 19 pandemic
The aim of this research to ascertain the mental health and wellbeing of the almost 50,000 health and social care staff in North West London working at the front line in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and is based on a study led by Kings College London. In addition to assessing need for mental health support, the study will examine the uptake and impact of mental health interventions that staff have accessed either through their employers or directly for themselves through other routes.
