Health Innovation Network’s Digital Alumni

Portia is an alumni of the Health Innovation Network’s Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Graduate Scheme, which included specialised training in Data Analysis and Leadership & Management skills.

She graduated from Nottingham Trent University’s school of Mathematics in 2019 and has a keen interest in using Data and Digital to optimise processes.

Her proposal is around leveraging Microsoft solutions to create a culture of accessible digital change, owned and led by end users. This was inspired by her previous experience in IT Capital Projects as part of the Royal Marsden’s Digital Transformation Team and seeing first-hand the impact of locally owned digital change.
