As PPIE Manager I manage a number of workstreams focused on building relationships, awareness and engagement with patients, public and local communities in North West London as well as supporting academic and commercial research to engage authentically with our local population, with consideration for relevant and necessary Equality Diversity and Inclusion aspects. 

My Improvement Leader Fellowship current project is a Community Asset Mapping tool. The tool will centralise and document relationships different parts of the system have with local community organisations across north west london. The overall aim is to improve research engagement opportunities, collaboration and a reduction in the overburdening of community groups through a joined up, system approach. Through the fellowship I hope to understand how I can better improve the project, engagement and scaling up of the work.
